What Change? Understanding the Implications of Business Initiatives to Set Up Successful Plans

Description:
Change readiness expresses the promptness of an organisation or group of people in respect to a specific change action. This session starts with the assessment of the scope of a change and its implications, along with a discussion of the main drivers influencing change execution. Next, participants will be introduced, through practical activities, to using results to create a sound plan that can help foster the understanding of the concepts, tools and methods presented.

Learning Objectives:
1. Discuss the main change implications behind a business initiative, which are the change drivers and the methods for their evaluation;2. Explain how to plan a basic change programme based on the level of readiness overall and with respect to single drivers.
