Agility is used in more and more projects and organisations. Managing agile projects, programmes and portfolios implies the use of new methodologies in which the traditional roles and missions of project and programme managers are no longer relevant. Or are they? Agility and agility at scale raise many questions, among them the new definition of project management. In this session, we will share answers we have gathered from the outcomes of recent projects.

Learning Objectives:
1. Discuss how to adhere to the stakes of agility at scale in their projects and programmes;2. Identify the new practices and skills that a project manager will need.
