In every organisation, there are people whose judgment and knowledge is key for organisation progress. Retirements, acquisitions, layoffs, or successions involves a loss of valuable know-how acquired over many years. This session describes the practical aspects of critical knowledge transfer such as how to identify valuable knowledge assets, which transfer options are available, and what aspects to consider when planning the process. Participants will leave with useful steps they can take to avoid knowledge loss.
